Bushwhacker Kit-Copter introduction

Okay, so we need airplanes that hover and not so much classic helicopters. That is if you want to make decent time on trips and get loose of the layers of hassles operating to and from government owned airports. Don't get me wrong. I love airplanes, I just hate the hassles of airports. The ability to hover, and likewise get rid of runway requirements is a beautiful thing.

I have attached a rendering of a Kit-copter that I am working on. I call it the Bushwhacker. It is front engine, which is unusual for helicopters nowadays. But the front engine mounting makes for great things possible.

More on next post.

Personal helicopters

Well folks I am in my final stages up mentally giving up on advantages of owning airplanes versus the hassles of dealing with the very shaky future in regards to building or renting hangars on government owned airports.

Coming now to the reality of personal yet high performance helicopters as being the practical solution to keeping airplane like speeds, but getting loose of the hassles of government airports.

My history amounts to making my living operating helicopters, and owning and flying airplanes for recreation. I must know I believe try to design helicopters in which I could do both and at the same time become totally independent of the hassles of government owned airports.

This blog will be focused to large extent on designing and developing high performance personal helicopters for those of us more interested in airplanes that hover and not so much classic helicopters.

Got to go now, sorry for such a shabby first post, will try to improve and update blog soon.
